Ceramic heart- Poppy

Symbolic of love, affection, connection and remembrance, I hand paint each ceramic heart with one of my favourite flowers, the poppy, which grow in abundance in my garden. Each heart is presented with a satin ribbon in a bespoke gift box and is available in small or large. A thoughtful gift for Mother’s Day, birthday, engagement, wedding token, Christmas, a thank you gift or to say I love you.
