We hope you'll be very happy with any items bought from us and we go to great lengths to describe each piece properly on our website. Please note that as most of our items are handmade, there might be some variation in the finish and/or colour.
Cooling-off period: When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us in good condition in its original packaging and we will organise a refund (excluding the delivery fee). You must inform us of your intention to return the product by e-mail to email@example.com within 7 days of making your order and must return the product to us within 28 days of delivery.
Returns: We are happy to offer an exchange on any unused pieces returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of body products (eg moisturisers, lip balms etc) or earrings. Please note, this does not include personalised or commissioned bespoke pieces where we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Damaged Goods: If your goods arrive faulty or broken please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We will ask you to return the goods to us as soon as possible and within 28 days of delivery. We will then give you a full refund including delivery.
