Za'atar Lavosh Flatbreads

These delicious za’atar lavosh flatbreads from Tramore based Mezze are sprinkled with Middle Eastern fairy dust also known as za’atar. The za’atar has thyme, sesame seeds, sumac, sea salt & spices which gives a tangy, salty, aromatic flavour. These are great on their own or with hummus or feta. They’re made with wholemeal and unbleached flours, Irish extra virgin rapeseed oil and sea salt.
