Spelt & Seed Lavosh Flatbreads

These Spelt & Seed lavosh flatbreads from Tramore based Mezze. They have a lovely nutty flavour with the spelt flour and sesame seeds and a kick of flavour from the nigella seeds. They’re made with wholemeal and unbleached flours, Irish extra virgin rapeseed oil and Irish Atlantic seaweed.
