We can deliver worldwide and can send the item directly to you, or send a present to a loved one on your behalf (with an enclosed note so they know who its from). We offer gift wrapping and can even write a greeting card for you. Just let us know in the comment box on the checkout page if you have any special requests. 
We deliver worldwide using An Post, the Irish postal service and most of our items are sent with item tracking. It is also possible to collect your items from our Clonakilty shop if that suits you better. 
We have tried to find the best price for delivery while ensuring that your lovely gift can be tracked properly on its journey. Some things cost more depending on their size/weight but we offer delivery in Ireland at a flat rate of €3. 
Delivery Cost  
Delivery is at a flat rate of €3 for the Republic of Ireland and will be delivered within 5 working days. 
Smaller/lighter items (a package up to 500g): €7 
Parcel up to 2kg: €10 
Delivery is within 2-3 working days (any difference in price for Northern Ireland will be refunded). 
Most European countries are delivered at these rates (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands)

Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone number when you register as we will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order or to arrange delivery.
Delivery address
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address. If there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate this in the special instructions box. 
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order.  This excludes personalised or customised gifts that will take up to 20 working days. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We also offer a collect in store option. Please select this as your delivery method if you would like to collect items from us.

Stock Availability 

We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time. 

Price Tags
As so many of our items are gifts we don't put price tags on anything.
Gift Wrapping
If you would like your items gift wrapped please let us know through the special instructions box or by e-mail. 
Environmental Policy
At Green Dot, we try to use the minimum of packaging we can, and to reuse packaging as much as possible, to make the minimum impact on the environment we can. Wherever possible we try to choose products made from recycled / ethical materials and to source them from as close as possible to reduce our ecological footprint. Having said all that we also think aesthetics is important and will try to make everything look as nice as possible.

When ordering goods from for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
