Mini Chocolate Viennese Biscuits

In spired by Austrian pastries, these chocolate Viennese swirls are handmade by piping soft butter shortbread biscuit into a whirl shape, slowly baked, and then hand dipped in a luxurious Belgian milk chocolate coating. A little piece of heaven.
