Created in The Nature of Things's Dublin studio, this blend of Geranium, Clary Sage, French Lavender and Orange has a warm fruity and herbal aroma. It has been designed to help balance your body and mind, especially during the menopausal transition.

Directions: Enjoy our oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath and as a massage oil.  Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.  Please visit  the recipes section on this website for more tips
